1 -ONE DOMAIN PER LICENSE(Single License)

(a) We issue Single-Use License per domain .
(b) We offer free Installation ( if requested) Software within 2 - 24 hours after payment verified by merchant.

 

2 - USAGE LICENSE

You may be granted a One Time Usage License at a Non-Unique Price (ex. yourdomain.com), If you want to install Our Software / script on more than one domain, you must purchase a separate license for each domain.

 

3 - DEVELOPER (FOR DEVELOPERS LICENSE only)

We provide a friendly support for developers . if you obtained Developer license ( This is not a single domain license)

you will get full open source codes and 1 year support at no extra cost.

4 - SOURCE CODE

(a) We Provide 100% Open Source Code for complete Member's Area only,
(b) Admin panel which is not public area is secured with Encryption as for Protection and keep software stable.
however new integration into admin panel is possible on request and accepted depends on requirements..

 

5 - BRAND REMOVAL

(a) You are allowed to remove ( powered by MiniJobScript ) from home page and all member's area ( expect admin panel )
(b) Admin panel Brand Removal Cost is $45 only (not included in current price)

 

6 - OWNERSHIP

You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership of MiniJobScript .Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, Our company is not liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

 

7 - MODIFICATIONS

(a) You are authorized to make necessary modification(s) to MiniJobScript to fit your purposes Like CSS, Theme modifications.
(b) We are not responsible for any issue if it is caused by your own modifications ,
(c) You Can also Hired our Programmer for any modification (extra fees may applied)
(d) Current Script will be provided in ENGLISH language, If you need to modify the Language? Please Consult a Professional Programmer

8 - UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MiniJobScript

You shall not redistribution or resale or place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on any diskette, CD, website or any other medium.Such matter will be reported directly relevant to Local and International Anti Piracy Authorities 

9 - 12 MONTHS FREE SUPPORT REFER TO FOLLOWING

Support for any issue + Updates for purchased version
Helping you moving the script if you change your hosting / server
Free consulting while configuring the script
Support for any issue that you might have while installing the script.
Support for any guideline to operate the script
After 12 months free support will be ended but you can buy paid Support which is 30$ for next 12 months.

10 - FREE SUPPORT DOES NOT REFER TO FOLLOWING

Implementing / modifying codes for extra features by you .
Implementing / modifying codes to replace theme by you..
3rd party software / plug-in / Codes / Script integration by you.
Your domain, hosting, or web server issues.
(You are welcome to Hired our Programmer for anyextra modification so you can get support)

 

11 - FREE UPDATES FOR SCRIPT.

(a) Free updates are not refer to free Upgrade to any future/Next version.
(b) We have our own schedule for updates for script, We can not provide specific /fix time for releasing any update
(c) We will send you all Updates to registered email on your account on our site as its released.
(d) We also can guide you to any update procedure, please feel free to contact us

 

12 - OUR REFUND POLICY

MiniJobscript is offering non-tangible,non-revocable goods
WE DO NOT issue refunds after the product is delivered,
Which you acknowledge prior to purchasing .
We only make this exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis at our sole discretion. 
The deadline for such cases refund claim is 7 days after the delivery date. 
The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you.this is required process.
Refund process Charges 20% (merchant fees) will be deducted from total paid amount .
Refund Policy applied on product price only. it does not apply for any extra modification/ integration paid for the site.

 

13 - ISSUE REPORTING!

In our current version we have done all test as demo site is running without any issue,
Still, We welcome you to inform us any issue you found in script.
we will schedule the issue fix as soon as quick.

14 - ASSIGNABILITY

You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from our company.

 

15 - INSTALLATION

We do offer free Installation one time only. Since Free Installation is not a paid service is not included in the package price.

 

16 - ANTIFRAUD CHECK

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

 

17 - THIRD-PARTIES SERVICES

MiniJobScript may use third parties to provide certain services accessible through the website. MiniJobScript does not control these third parties or their services, These third parties may have their own terms of use and other policies. You agree to comply with such terms and policies as well as these.
